Erin & Chad {Engaged!}

I love these two.  I’ve known Erin for a long time.  I was delighted last year when she contacted me about photographing her upcoming wedding.  Honored and excited.  It isn’t everyday that you get to photograph another photographers wedding.  I knew that she was beautiful, fun, and incrediably sweet, but knew nothing about Chad.  I found out quickly that he is just as wonderful as she is with the same sense of humor.  Together they make a perfect couple.

Erin & Chad, thank you so much for choosing me to document your wedding day.  June 8th will be here in just a few short weeks, and I am so very excited to be part of your day!

Brittney- 2013

I love photographing graduating Seniors.  They are so full of life, so eager to get out there in the real world.  Brittney was just that.  Ready to see what the world has in store for her.  She is a hard worker, working a couple different jobs to save her money for college.  She is full of life, and ready to tackle everything that is sent her way.  She is equally beautiful on the outside as she is on the inside and I am so very glad she choose me to take her senior photos.

I love it when I get invited to photograph a new family in their home.  Such a joy.  I just feel the entire house bursting with so much love.  I get to document special moments of learning and loving.  There really is something about new parents holding their child in their arms.  Their hearts bursting with so much love.

Since we are stuck inside today, with crazy winter weather holding on, I found it fitting to blog about an engagement photographed at the Ice Castle  this past Feburary.

I’ve known Laura for quite some time now.  Just to give you a little background on our relationship, she was a model at a small workshop I attended back in 2010.

Sam & Tony- Engaged!

I really love being able to photograph people where they are most comfortable.  When I talked with Sam & Tony about where we should do their engagement photos, Sam said that Tony wanted to have pictures taken on his Families’ farm.

My heart was singing.
